Our standard packages allow up to 25 children per entertainer. For larger parties, a second entertainer is required. The Potionist Package accommodates up to 40 children. Slime and Arts & Crafts parties have a maximum of 10 children per session due to the setup and materials involved.

How do I book a party?

To secure your date, a deposit is required within 5 days of receiving your invoice. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due before the event. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you need to reschedule.

Do you charge travel fees?

For parties over one hour away from our base, a small travel fee may apply. We always inform you in advance, and you can decide whether to proceed with the booking.

Can I request a specific character or costume?

Yes! We offer a wide range of characters and are constantly updating our costumes. If you don’t see your desired character, message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that our characters are inspired by classic fairytales and are our own designs — we are not affiliated with any branded or copyrighted characters.

Yes — all entertainers hold Public Liability Insurance, and DBS documentation can be provided upon request before your event.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we understand things can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll happily rearrange your party for the next available date. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
