The Finer Details:
A deposit is needed to secure your date and time; your booking is not confirmed unless we receive a deposit. Deposits must be paid within 5 days of receiving your invoice, unless otherwise discussed.
All deposits are non-refundable; however, we do understand things can happen and plans can change. If you need to cancel or change the date, we are happy to rearrange for the next available date we have.
For our main packages the maximum number of children per entertainer is 25, a second entertainer is needed for any parties with over 25 children. Unless you have booked the Potionist Package, where the maximum is 40 children.
For our arts and crafts/slime parties the maximum number of children is 10. Please discuss with us if you would like to add more children to the booking.
We may add a travel fee to parties that are over an hour away, we will always inform you of this, and you can decide if you would still like to book us with the travel fee.
We reserve the right to send entertainers that are in training with your booked entertainer, the training entertainer will always be free of charge. On these occasions, you may be able to choose the character of the trainee.
We will always aim to send the costume that you have chosen; however, we reserve the right to change the costume if necessary. We cannot guarantee that the exact costume will be the one at your party.
Our pricing is based on the amount of time the entertainer will be at your party, not the activities, games, costume, or number of children.
We reserve the right to change the entertainer that has been assigned to your party.
Correct party information must be provided in advance (time, date, location, character). You are responsible for providing all the correct information.
If you require a DBS or Public Liability insurance documents, you must notify us before the event takes place.
You are responsible for providing a safe and adequate venue for the event. PPP are not responsible for any damage or injury to persons or property.
In the rare case of force majeure, we are not responsible for lateness or cancellations. We will always look to rearrange your event or provide the entertainment as soon as the entertainer arrives.
When booking one of our characters you acknowledge that all our characters are from classic fairytales and they are our own design. We are not associated with any branded characters, and we do not wish to infringe on any copyrighted characters.
We offer a wide range of characters and are always updating our costumes, if you do not see the character you would like, feel free to send us a message and we will see if we can add your character.
